Well if you have seen any of my blogs or any threads on the forum,all I usually say is gotta go carve on MOOSE. Finally finished it,dont think I want to do another one for quite awhile. Was carved for my son,he has waited for about a year for it without complaining. Knows I dont like to be rushed--Ha Ha--!! Gotta go now to pick some sweetcorn for my supper with greenbeans cooked with fatback,squash,cucumbers,fresh purple hull peas,tomatoes,porksteakes,cornbread,onion,sweettea!!! Curt

Will say a thank you to members of etsy that helped me this morning! And I will ask more questions. Now I will make some icewater for the shop,try to finish the moose. Why is it so easy to get sidetracked? Does my mind wander that easy? I'm gonna turn on some country oldies and clear some FuzzyMemories..

Me and my Moose

New to this ,my first post. So here goes. Have been trying to carve my moose now for maybe 3 wks now,between yardwork,gardening,and playing on this computor going into forums will get you lost sometimes,it can eat up the hrs. The garden is coming in now so its pick and put up for winter or eat it,I like to eat it! Saturday I got to carve all day and made alot of progress,defined muscles on front shoulders carved down profile and front of face,drilled holes for antlers and rough cut the antlers for sizing and mounting. Trying to figure out to get picture up, but no luck ,so I'm leaving to watch NasCar.
